- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over R1500 for customers within South Africa.
- Flat-Rate Shipping: A flat-rate shipping fee of R99 (Door-To-Door) and R80 (PAXI) will be applied to orders under the free shipping threshold.
- International Shipping Fees: International shipping fees will be calculated based on the delivery destination and shipping method selected.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your order through the shipping carrier’s website using the provided tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the system after your order is shipped.

- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
- Undeliverable Addresses: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the item.
