1. Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including any tags, boxes, or other accessories that came with it.
  • The item must not be final sale or marked as non-returnable (e.g., discounted or clearance items, or products with hygiene seals that have been broken).

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Please email us at admin@snikkas.co.za or call +27688527091 within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.

  2. Return Authorization: After contacting us, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s). You may be required to fill out a return form to help us process your return more efficiently.

  3. Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped by us.

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Only items returned within the specified 14-day return period and in new, unused condition will be eligible for a refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., the wrong item was shipped or the item arrived damaged).

3. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired product.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return and provide you with a replacement or full refund, including any shipping costs.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Products that have been worn, used, or damaged by the customer
  • Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories

6. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return the item in accordance with our returns policy.

7. International Orders

For international customers, please be aware that you are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees that may apply to your return shipment. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
